the rooms are nicely decorated with double bed and the staff are gentle. the breakfast is really yummy with lovely honey, had everything you could imagine. the location is convenient and they have parking nearby.

Overall nicely appointed hotel, I came here with my husband. They gave me light filled and neat room with a double bed. The location was good for exploring Marrakesh. Distance to the airport was just 10 km: )

It was a fabulous stay for two nights. The breakfast was unique, great especially with lovely honey. The location was quiet and great in an amazing area, close to a restaurant in the new town and the center.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was great - just inside the walls of the old city in an area that felt safe. It was easy to find and navigate to the main attractions from here. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Carla went out of her way to welcome us and provide us with maps and information about the local area. Lastly, the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed in a room with a double bed and it was very comfortable. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect, no improvements needed.

The Riad is very lovingly decorated. It can be reached quickly and easily on foot from the car park. . Breakfast was fine!

Mr. Mohamed is very obliging and extremely nice. Every wish will be fulfilled. Even at night, Mr. Mohamed is there for his guests.

Beautifully decorated riad, peaceful atmosphere, spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, ideal location near the museum.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special requests (e.g. printing of boarding passes) were also fulfilled. Everything was very clean and tidy. The large roof terrace and the pool inside make the stay very pleasant.

The breakfast could have been a little more richer or more balanced. Less sugar and wheat but more fruit and vegetables would be desirable.

The staff is super friendly. It was my husband's birthday. He got a great cake. The transfer from the airport and back was great.

There was no mirror in the bathroom and it was quite dark by my standards. There was not much to do with make-up. Breakfast was okay for 3 days. For longer, a little variety wouldn't be good. I missed scrambled eggs.

The accommodation is situated just outside the busy areas of the city center, which is great if you prefer a quieter setting. The staff members are helpful in organizing city tours, excursions and local restaurant recommendations. The bedrooms are comfortable, and there are daily cleaning service and free toiletries available.

The guest house could use some renovation as some of the facilities are outdated.

riad zen house exceeded my expectations. the rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, with a view of the atlas mountains. the helpful and friendly hosts provided a tourist map and even put the beds together for us. the location was great, away from the touristy areas, and the rooftop terrace was amazing.

Airport pick up was delayed.

Had a relaxing stay at a charming riad with a lovely rooftop terrace and friendly staff who catered to all our needs. Enjoyed the quiet location and easy access to the Medina. The breakfast on the roof was a highlight, and it was easy to connect with fellow guests. a highly recommended experience.

The hotel is located just inside the walls of the old city in an area that felt safe. It's quite close to the medina wall in the northwest corner, making it convenient for exploring all of the ancient wonders.
